Lisa Pretus, JD is a board-certified health law specialist through the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Pretus’ multi-state law practice focuses on the representation of physicians, hospitals and other commercial entities in a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters. She possesses extensive expertise in corporate and healthcare law, with substantial experience in general healthcare law, physician employment, recruitment, reimbursement, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, and the development of joint ventures in connection with urgent care centers, ancillary services, hospitals, and freestanding emergency rooms. Ms. Pretus is also a trained commercial mediator certified by the American Health Lawyers Association.
